South and East Asia Travel Consultants Co., Ltd. and its directors, officers, employees, independent contractors, and agents act only as agents for the passenger in making arrangements for hotels, transportation, sightseeing, restaurants or any other service described in this web site and/or the Confirmed Itinerary Proposal and Quotation. The tickets, coupons, tariffs, rules or contracts currently in use by any carrier, hotel, restaurant, or any other contractor providing service shall constitute the sole contract between such contractor and the tour participant. In making bookings with South and East Asia Travel Consultants Co., Ltd., the individual tour participant and/or purchaser agrees to not hold South and East Asia Travel Consultants Co., Ltd. and its directors, officers, employees, independent contractors, agents and suppliers liable for, or responsible for any loss, injury or damage to any person, property or otherwise in connection with any accommodations or transportation resulting from accidents, any acts of god, fire, breakdowns in machinery or equipment, acts of government or authorities, failure of any means of conveyance to depart or arrive as scheduled, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferage, epidemic, medical or custom regulations, defaults, delays, cancellations, lost baggage, act of terrorism, weather conditions, defect in any vehicle of transportation or for any misadventure or causality or any causes beyond the control of South and East Asia Travel Consultants Co., Ltd., or for any loss or damage resulted from improperly issued visas or documents, and South and East Asia Travel Consultants Co., Ltd. or its staff will not be responsible for any additional expenses or liability sustained for or incurred by you as a result of any of the foregoing causes.

You further acknowledge that South and East Asia Travel Consultants Co., Ltd. is not liable for bodily injury, emotional injury, or property or economic damage as a result of, but not limited to: physical exertion for which a guest is not prepared; forces of nature; travel by plane, train, auto, boat or other conveyance, or by bicycle, ski, horseback, water sports, foot or other form of active or adventure travel; consumption of alcoholic beverages; civil unrest; terrorism; breakdown of equipment; high altitude; lack of or limited access to medical attention in remote locations; and the adequacy of medical attention once provided. South and East Asia Travel Consultants Co., Ltd. is also not liable for expenses (e.g., meals, transportation or hotel costs) that are not specified as included in the Confirmed Itinerary and Price Proposal, but may be required to get to or from a trip start or end. South and East Asia Travel Consultants Co., Ltd. reserves the right to make route and hotel modifications as necessary to improve the quality of a trip or to accommodate the comfort and well-being of guests without notice, and to decline to accept or retain any tour participant at any time.

South and East Asia Travel Consultants Co., Ltd. reserves the right to take photographic or film records of any of its trips for possible promotional use, and you are giving us permission to use such pictures of you by accepting these terms and conditions. We do not accept liability for the actions or omissions of our independent suppliers, over whom we have no direct control. If you find you have any dispute with such persons, however, we will give you such reasonable help as we can in resolving this. South and East Asia Travel Consultants Co., Ltd. assumes no responsibility for tours purchased through other companies.
